How can I view Tribe data?

After integrating your app with mtribes and creating your first Tribes and Tribe rules, you can easily view, measure, and compare insights in real-time.

Sign in to your mtribes account and choose the Space you want to work in. Open the Tribes page using the vertical navigation on the left-hand side of the screen. This is where you can view all the Tribes associated with this Space.

You can view your Tribe data in two ways:

1. Tribe card

Data is displayed on the Tribe card itself, which allows you to easily view and compare the performance of multiple Tribes on one page. To see more detail, click on the little arrow at the bottom of the card, and scroll across to view different metrics, including:

  • Active - the total number of active users and/or visitors associated with a Tribe in the last 30 days.

  • Reach - the estimated number of users and/or visitors reached in the last 30 days (displayed as a percentage).

The card also includes a handy summary of the segmentation rules you've applied to the specific Tribe.

2. Tribe details page

Data can also be viewed on the Tribe details page. Select a Tribe card and click to open the details page. This is where your Tribe data will appear after integration, including:

  • Users - the total number of users (known) associated with a Tribe.

  • Visitors - total number of visitors (unknown) associated with a Tribe.

  • Users & Visitors - the total combined number of users and visitors associated with a Tribe.

  • Active - the total number of active users and/or visitors associated with a Tribe in the last 30 days.

  • Reach – the estimated number of users and/or visitors reached in the last 30 days (displayed as a percentage).

  • Activity - a line graph showing the active users within the Tribe per day for the last 30 days.

The radial graph on the right-hand side of the page displays a breakdown of each Tribe rule applied as a percentage of the estimated audience size.
