Tribe cards | Active users graph
Tribe activity, engagement and performance is displayed on the Tribe card. Using the more options menu (chevrons), you can click through the cards to see different data.
In this release, we've added a graph showing the activity of Active users in the Tribe, including:
- how many members have been active per day for the last 30 days
- how this number relates to the total number of active users in the Space (in %)
Scenarios | Tribe of the week
During targeting, Scenarios are scheduled and served to specific Tribes. This activity is displayed on the Scenario dropdown screen, located under the Activity tab.
In this release, we've added a new feature called 'Tribe of the week' that displays which Tribes were most active in the scenario over the past week. This may include Tribes that weren’t specifically targeted but contain the same users/visitors. (bottom right-hand corner).
Registration | Separate checkboxes for T&Cs and Privacy
Per GDPR requirements, we've added two separate checkboxes for Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. These checkboxes are mandatory to check before the registration form can be submitted.
Settings | Right to erasure for end users
Per GDPR requirements, we’ve implemented a function that allows an mtribes administrator to delete user (identified) data from our system. This function located on the Space settings page, allows the administrator to enter a User ID and submit a request to permanently delete individual user data.
